Green spring smoothie bowl
Cook 1 chopped Granny Smith apple (peeled, if wished) together with 1 handful of stinging nettle leaves and 1 handful of chopped radishes in little bit of water. At the end of cooking stir in about 2 tablespoons of oats, 1 tabelspoon of pumpkin seeds and 1 tabelspoon of shredded coconut.
Let it cool down, slightly.
Transfer into a blender and blend until smooth.
