Cook 1 portion of oats (gluten free, if wished) in water.
At the end of cooking stir in 1 handful of baby spinach and 1 tabelspoon of stinging nettle powder. Let it cool down slightly, then pour it into a blender and add 1 tabelspoon of sunflower seeds, 1 tabelspoon of desiccated coconut, little bit of ground green stevia leaves, a squeeze of fresh lemon juice, tiny bit of black pepper and a splash of water/plantbased milk, if needed.
Blend until smooth.
