Grape and grape seed oatmeal
Cook 1 portion of oats (gluten free, if wished) in water. At the end of cooking stir in 1 tabelspoon of grape seed flour, 1 tabelspoon of poppy seeds, little bit of ground green stevia leaves, 1 handful of blue grapes and 1 tabelspoon of tahini. Transfer it into a bowl.
Let it cool down, then enjoy it!
