Flaxseed porridge

Bring 1 small cup of almond milk to a boil. Stir in, 1 handful of blueberries, pure vanilla powder, cardamom, 2-3 tablespoons of ground flaxseeds and 2 tabelspoon of shredded coconut.
Cook just for 1 minute or so then remove from heat. Let it cool down, then transfer into a blender and blend until smooth.
Topping: unsweetend cornflakes and sour cherries (sweetend with apple juice//glass jar).
