Flatbread with avocado spread

In a bowl, combine 2 handfuls of mashed figs, 1 handful of mashed avocado (1/4 avocado), 1 teaspoon of agar agar, 1 cup of cooked buckwheat, grated lemon peel, 1 small grated carrots, ca. 2 small cups of millet flour and 1 splash of tinned coconut milk.

Topping: avocado spread (combine mashed avocado, little bit of fresh lemon juice, cardamom and tiny bit of ground green stevia leaves) and sugar free strawberry jam (sweetend with apple or grape juice)
