Fish dish

Slow fry fish fillets (seasoned with salt, Himalaya salt is a good choice) in olive oil over low/medium heat with the skin side down. Add chopped celery leaves, chopped parsley, chopped dill and sliced scallions. As soon as it is almost cooked through turn the fish over. Then stir in precooked black rice and chopped endive salad.
A couple minutes later, transfer onto a plate and drizzle with a homemade mustard dill dressing (1 teaspoon of dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon of raw honey, 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, chopped dill and salt)
