Oatmeal with apple and carrot
Cook 1 small portion of oats (gluten free, if wished) together with 1 grated apple (peeled, if wished), 1 grated carrot and little bit of shredded coconut. At the end of cooking stir in a squeeze of fresh lemon juice, little bit of cinnamon and cardamom.
Transfer into a bowl and top with tahini and little bit more shredded coconut.
