Emmer spaghetti aglio e olio and cauliflower sauce
Saute precooked emmer spaghetti together with little bit of minced garlic (not too much, especially if your acne is inflamed!!!!), salt and oregano in olive oil.
Cauliflower sauce for 2-3 portions:
In a blender, blend 3-4 handfuls of steamed/boiled cauliflower, 3 tablespoons of nutritional yeast, a squeeze of fresh lemon juice, little bit of salt & Ayurveda agni plus spice, little bit of water and 3-4 tablespoons of soaked cashews.
