Coconut matcha porridge

Cook 1 portion of oats (gluten free, if wished) together with 1 diced (peeled, if wished) apple and 1-2 tablespoons of coconut flour in water. Stir in a spalsh of tinned coconut milk.
Transfer into a bowl and top with ground green stevia leaves and matcha powder.
