Celery peach smoothie bowl

Cook 1 portion of oats (gluten free, if wished) in water. At the end of cooking, add chopped peaches and celery leaves. Let it cool down slightly then transfer it into a blender. Add some soaked almonds and blend until smooth.
Transfer into a bowl and top with almond milk, ground flaxseeds and ground green stevia leaves.
