Carrot turmeric smoothie bowl
In a blender, blend about 4 cooked/steamed sliced carrots, 1 cooked/steamed chopped apple (peeled, if wished), a splash of water (if necessary), a handful of soaked cashews, turmeric, little bit of black pepper, little bit of cinnamon, cardamom and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
I topped it with crumbles of my müsli chocolate bar which I posted 4 days before.
