Carrot turmeric oatmeal
Cook oats (gluten free, if wished) together with grated carrot in water. At the end of cooking stir in turmeric, tiny bit of black pepper, a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and almond butter. Let it cool down, slightly.
Then, transfer it into a bowl and top with roasted almonds and raw honey.
