Carrot smoothie bowl
In a blender, blend about 1 tabelspoon of chickpeas, 3-4 chopped cooked/steamed carrots, 1 chopped steamed/cooked Granny Smith apple (peeled, if wished), little bit of the cooking water/fresh water, little bit of almond milk, 1 tabelspoon of ground flaxseeds and cardamom.
Topping options: granola, nuts, seeds, dried fruits, cacao nibs…
