Carrot carob smoothie

In a blender, blend 3 cooked/steamed carrots, 1 steamed banana, 1 heaping tabelspoon of carob powder, 2 tablespoons of ground flaxseeds, 2 tablespoons of shelled hemp seeds, little bit of almond milk and cardamom. Let it cool down, then enjoy it!
