Cook 1 portion of oats (gluten free, if wished) in water. At the end of cooking stir in pitted cherries and 1 tabelspoon of carob powder. Transfer into a bowl and add blended mixed nuts (blend about 2 tablespoons of mixed nuts with 1/2 cup of water). Add your favourite healthy sweetener, If necessary.
