Calamari dish

Heat olive oil over low/medium heat and saute calamari cutted into pieces. Season with salt, rosemary and herbed salt. Cook with the lid on for about 10 minutes. Then add red pepper slices. Continue cooking with the lid on. Stir occasioally and add little bit of water if necessary. Cook until calamari softens.
Serve with quinoa cooked in vegetable broth (sugar free, yeast free and without flavour enhancer) and chopped parsley.
