Buckwheat porridge

Cook buckwheat in water for about 5 minutes. To reduce the bitterness I change the water. Cook buckwheat in fresh water until soften. Then, stir in chopped apricots. Switch off the heat and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Transfer into a bowl and season with little bit of cinnamon and drizzle with tahini. Optional: use a healthy sweetener like raw honey, coconut sugar, date sugar, ground green stevia leaves.
