Buckwheat porridge

Cook buckwheat groats in water for a couple of minutes then strain them. Rinse well, then continue cooking with fresh water according to the package directions. Shortly before the end of cooking add sliced apples.
Transfer into a bowl and top with organic cow’s yoghurt or organic vegan coconut yoghurt, raw honey and slightly toasted walnuts. Season with cardamom and little bit of cinnamon.
