Breakfast leftover patties
In a bowl, combine 1 cup of my bulgur porridge (check out my post from yesterday!) and 3-4 tablespoons of chickpea flour. Let it rest for about 10 minutes then form patties out of the dough. Slow fry in coconut oil on each side until golden brown.
Topping: sauted pear slices, toasted pumpkin seeds and cardamom. Optional, add a healthy sweetener like coconut sugar, date sugar, raw honey…
