Breaded fish, mashed yellow split lentils and veggies (gluten free)

Cooked cauliflower and carrots in water. Seasoned with salt and herbed salt, sprinkled with raw apple cider vinegar and olive oil.

Mixed lettuce leaves

Green olives

Slow fried breaded fish fillets in olive oil. Breading: half almond flour and half bamboo fiber
Seasoning: salt and herbed salt
At the end of cooking sprinkled with oregano and fresh lemon juice.

Mashed yellow split lentils (leftover//seasoned with salt and herbed salt//drizzled with olive oil)

Chopped parsley and scallions
