Black rice porridge

Cook chopped apples in little bit of water for a couple of minutes. Then, stir in precooked black rice (I used leftover from yesterday), cardamom and tiny bit of cinnamon (if your acne is inflamed don’t use cinnamon).
Transfer into a bowl and top with tahini and shelled hemp seeds.
