Berry cream: In a pot, bring 1-2 tablespoons of tinned coconut milk to a boil. Add some chopped strawberries, some blueberries, some raspberries, little bit of coconut sugar and pure vanilla powder. Cook very shortly. Let it cool down, then blend it.
Cook 1 portion of oats (gluten free, if wished) in water. Stir in little bit of ground flaxseeds. Transfer into a bowl and top with almond milk, poppy seeds and the blueberry cream.
