Beetroot smoothie bowl
In a blender, blend 1/2 handful of oats, 1 teaspoon of sunflower seeds, 1 teaspoon of pumpkin seeds, 1 teaspoon of chia seeds, 2 handfuls of pomegranate seeds, 1/2 teaspoon of shelled hemp seeds, pinch of cardamom, little bit of water and 2-3 beetroots.
Transfer into a pot and bring to a boil. Switch off the heat and let it rest for about 10 minutes.
Topping: shelled hemp seeds and dark chocolate (sweetended with coconut sugar// 75%)
