Basil apple aloe vera porridge

Cook 1 portion of oats (gluten free, if wished) together with diced apples in water. Let it cool down.
Transfer into a blender, add a small piece of ginger, some basil, the content of the blender, a small handful of soaked mixed nuts and 1 tabelspoon of aloe vera juice (👉consume aloe vera juice only if you can tolerate it, it is NOT recommended for everyone, ASK your doctor!!Buy a product with the IASC Certification Seal on it!!!).
