Apple cucumber oatmeal

Cook 1 portion of oats (gluten free, if wished) together with little bit of chia seeds, 1 coarsely grated apple (peeled, if wished) and a piece of coarsely grated cucumber.
Transfer into a bowl and top with tahini or almond butter. Sprinkle with tiny bit of cinnamon and some more chia seeds.
