Anchovis, roasted veggies and leafy greens

Roasted anchovis: Preheat oven (convection grill oven) to 150 degrees. Season gutted head-off anchovis with salt and herbed salt. Drizzle with olive oil. Mix thoroughly. Roast in the upper part of the oven for about 10 minutes.
Then, sprinkle with fresh lemon juice🍋.

Roasted veggies: (convection grill oven, 150-160 degrees, upper part of the oven)
Seasoned with salt (👩‍🍳 Himalayan salt is a good option) and herbed salt. Drizzled with olive oil. Mixed thoroughly.

Leafy greens 🥬 sauted in little bit of water.
Olive oil, fresh lemon juice, little bit of black pepper and salt.

Oregano
