Amaranth porridge

Cook 1 portion of amaranth in water. To reduce the bitterness of amaranth I change the water after 5 minutes of cooking. Cook the amaranth together with grated orange peel, diced/grated apples and diced/grated carrots in water.
Transfer into a bowl. Top with tahini, raisins and almond milk.
